Advise the Client Team on setting of Goals, Objectives and Strategies to achieve the Project Vision. Assist with Property Conditions Assessment, Feasibility Studies and Pre-Design Planning.
Design
Oversee Design Stages
Consult with the Client and Design Professionals through the Design Stages…from Concept Design through Construction Documents. Provide Quality Control Review of Plans & Specifications.
Construct
Oversee Construction Stages
Serve as Advisor and Owners Representative during the Construction Stages…observe and offer input to the Client on the progress of construction and execution of the work. Help the Client track the budget, schedule and quality of the project as an independent consultant.
